ABOUT
Sabine Jacobs-Bommert, Journalist, living near Cologne/Germany and Christoph Wilhelm Heuer, living in London/United Kingdom are the rightful heirs of the Ingenheim Collection.
In 2002, while researching her ancestors and the lost paintings, Sabine Jacobs-Bommert came into contact with the internationally renowned cultural historian Dr. Magdalena Palica from Poland, who had scientifically researched the history of Count Gustav-Adolf von Ingenheim and his Collection. It is only thanks to her professional expertise that the history of the Collection could be reconstructed piece by piece.
The Ingenheim Collection is an exciting project in progress with new information constantly emerging. By publishing our knowledge, we hope not only to find the missing artworks but also to shed light on a small piece of cultural history that has so far remained in the dark.
